My brother-in-law Moiz your Rehman, 30-unmarried has just been diagnosed with breast cancer on August 15th, 2025, and is unable to afford treatment expenses nor have medical insurance since he lives in one of Asia's developing countries. He works and earns around $300 a month salary where an average cost of living has been estimated to $425 per month. Such savings for emergency has not been possible for Moiz. Moreover, his company offered $700 max for medical expenses which only covered initial PET and other scans. The treatment cost has been estimated to $20,000 plus US dollars and the family has only been able to contribute to $5K so far. PET and other scans have been scheduled on September 15, 2025. His father is retired, mother passed away in 2012. Any contribution will be highly appreciated!

Alhamdulillah, The PET scan and other test results are normal. We have done several tests so far, and thankfully they are normal. However, the doctors are still recommending further tests, including a chest X-ray and mammogram, to find out where the cancer is coming from. I will continue to share updates.
