Hi, I'm Laura Shreck. I'm 26 years old and was diagnosed with ovarian/ uterine cancer in March 2013. My strain of cancer is highly aggressive and has basically never been seen before. Before the cancer hit, I was studying biology at Metropolitan State University of Denver with hopes to become a nurse, park ranger, or science teacher. I worked for a small Colorado-based company that teaches CPR and other medical-type certifications called Edcor LLC. I had gone on nine mission trips to Belarus where I helped out in a youth camp and recently was made director of an English as a second language school which graduated hundreds of students. My hobby is watercolor and I have had a lot of fun with it. I just need a bit of help to get me through this tough time. Thanks for your time, your prayers, and any way you can help!
