My name is Bella Brown and I am required to fundraise in order to attend the Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) Program that I was selected for this summer held on campus. During the two-week academic enrichment initiative I will study the interdisciplinary areas of Politics, Law, and Economics. YYGS would allow me to have a deeper understanding in these areas as it relates to potential disciplines of study in college and a subsequent career. Money raised will be added to the money I am earning to help with the cost of the program.
My hope is that one day, through my hard work and dedication, I will be able to pay this forward to allow other minority students this amazing opportunity. Any donation amount would help and I thank you in advance for your support.
