Help Zennie find a new best friend.

Hi, I'm Zennie & I'm Vegan and love all animals and also Natural Horsemanship. I have been out of school for 8 months due to illness, and I have been through more than you could imagine including being in hospital for one month followed by 6 months of specialist NHS care 5 times a week. I love looking after animals, as they are my best friends, and I am happiest with horses. I volunteer for a local stable & can ride. My dream is to have my own rescue horse with whom I can spend all my time with. Not being able to be with horses breaks my heart. Please help me to make this dream a reality so that I can have happiness back in my life. I have started to raise money for a horse but it costs a lot as well as renting a field, feed & equipment & tack. I paint henna designs ( https://www.facebook.com/henna.zennie ), & I bake vegan & gluten-free cookies and cakes that I sell at fairs & community events. Hi, I'm Zennie's mum, Liselle. Thanx for reading Zennie's Go Fund Story. The past year has been the biggest challenge of my daughter's life. When you think everything is ok, and then suddenly my daughter is fighting for her life. She has been so seriously unwell and thank goodness is now getting stronger again but still has a very long way to go.

Part of her treatment is spending lots of time with animals, especially horses & her dream is to have her own one to love & care for. Zennie is passionate about natural horsemanship and would gain so much from having her own rescue horse as her best friend. She has been riding ever since she was 8 years of age and is at peace whenever she is with a horse. As her mum, I want to make this happen, but my current circumstances mean that I am not able to do this alone due to the upkeep. We live close to a fantastic stable and would house the horse there. Zennie would be able to visit, work & ride with the horse at the stable every day so that (in Zennie's words) "I can get the best therapy that I need".
