THANK YOU!  THANK YOU!  THANK YOU! WITH YOUR GENEROSITY, WE'VE ALREADY HIT OUR GOAL!  PLEASE DON'T STOP.  LET'S SEE HOW MUCH MORE WE CAN RAISE FOR THESE WONDERFUL CAUSES!

To my family of patients,

October, 2015, marks the 30th year that I have been in practice in Scottsdale! To commemorate this anniversary, we will be launching our version of "30 for 30," called "30 Days of Gratitude for 30 Years of Service."

While we work to find appropriate ways to say "thank you," we want to simultaneously give back to our community.  Your donations to any of the listed causes or organizations will help us celebrate this milestone while supporting worthwhile entities.

Specifically, at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 28th, 2015, we will be hosting a private event at the hilarious family-oriented improv group, "JesterZ." If you make a donation to any of the groups listed, we will buy your tickets to the event.   Tickets are limited, so please act as soon as possible.  When you make your donation, please specify (in the message box) the organization you want to support, or if there are multiple organizations, how you would like the donation divided.  They are listed below along with links to their websites, in case you want to get additional information.  Also, let me know how many tickets you need.   We'd love to get any personal messages, memories,  or thoughts, so please share them as well!

If you cannot attend the event, please still consider supporting one of these wonderful organizations.   While we spend the month expressing our heartfelt gratitude to you, I invite you to help us support any or all of these listed organizations,

With much gratitude,
Steve
