We have been at our home since 2016, under a land contract. However, in Aug 2024, we were told we had to move because the other party sold under his agreement. I stuck it out and went to court with the new owners. I fought like heck to keep our home. We got the opportunity to keep buying it, but this time with a legit land contract. However, I've fallen short being a single mom of 4 and recently been out of work with mental health issues (which I got the clear to go back to work, just waiting on my employer). I'm $3,000 short but I'm thankful for anything. I took all my taxes and put it towards it. I've already paid $7,720 of the agreement, which in total was $12,000. I have always been the one to offer and help and I honestly hate asking others for help, but I have no other options at this point.
