$3,000 Needed for a Home on Wheels

I am in need of a vehicle that I can convert to live in. The lease holder is preparing to move, and the owners will most likely refurbish or demolish and rebuild. I have figured out van life would be best for me financially. Since I am on disability, I don't get a lot to live on. If you can help, it would allow me to see my daughter more often, and that would be the best thing of all. BTW, I can make it in a used vehicle, which is why $3,000 is all I really need.
