When I learned that 300 students at Humanity First’s Masroor Ahmed School in Guatemala need basic supplies to learn for an entire year, I knew I had to act. Education is a doorway to opportunity and a pathway to a better future, but students need the right tools to make the most of it. That’s why I’m joining Humanity First Student Organizations and Kids 4 Humanity to raise funds so these children can show up to class ready to learn instead of worrying about pencils, notebooks, textbooks, or art materials.

These are children with hope and potential, but they lack some of the small tools that make big learning possible. With funding for school supplies and daily classroom materials, teachers can focus on teaching while students can focus on exploring, creating, and growing. Providing these supplies can help make their classrooms a better place to learn and give students the confidence to stay focused throughout the school year.

I believe our Miami community has a great opportunity to come together and support these 300 students. It may seem like a small thing to provide a notebook or a pencil, but when our community comes together, those small contributions can turn into something much bigger. Every donation brings us closer to providing the supplies these students need for the entire school year.

Humanity First USA’s work in education is part of a larger mission to protect human dignity and give people the skills and opportunities they need to flourish. I believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and work toward a brighter future, and together, we can help make that possible.

I’m asking our Miami community to join me in supporting Humanity First USA and Kids 4 Humanity. Together, we can help equip 300 students with the supplies they need, support their teachers and classrooms, and show these children that people care about their education and future.

Please donate at least $30 today and help us bring the support of our Miami community all the way to Guatemala!
