My name is Gareth Jones, On the 19th August I am running 300 Miles self-sufficient in 6 days with over 80,000ft of elevation to try and raise awareness for mental health. Whilst completing the run I will be raising money for Latch Wales a children's cancer organisation in Cardiff. The work they do is amazing and I plan to visit them shortly. My challenge as been inspired by a young boy 'Harri' that unfortunately lost his battle a few weeks ago, so this run will be in his honour and I hope to do him proud.
