This is the second holiday season Josiah has spent away from his mother, Joslyn, as CPS continues to keep him in foster care. Despite the lies and corruption surrounding the case, Joslyn remains determined to fight for his return.

CPS began adoption paperwork months ago, signaling they never intended to reunite mother and son. Key witnesses were blocked from testifying, and Joslyn was denied due process. Yet, she refuses to give up.

To appeal this decision and continue the fight for justice, Joslyn urgently needs a skilled appellate attorney. Donations, shares, and prayers are vital to bringing Josiah home where he belongs.

Joslyn holds onto faith, knowing that justice will come, and her son will return to her loving arms.

Previous update: It's been a while since there has been an update to you all; the final court date is tentatively scheduled for early December.
