30 minutes, 30 days, $30 for the kids

For many of us Christmas is full of joy, great food, friends, life long memories…and getting fat.

Here’s what we’re asking:

take 30 minutes of your time, for 30 days, donate $30 to help support less fortunate families and lets get a jump start on 2018.

Participating in this challenge is not only a great way to give back and spread Christmas joy, but you will also prevent some unwanted pounds and get a jump start to a more fit healthier version of you in 2018.

The goal is to raise 20k this Christmas to give to a variety of charities and adopt local families in need and 100% of the proceeds will go to non for profit organizations to help provide Christmas for familes who need help. 

We are going to need everyone’s help to make it happen!

To participate, you must do the following:

The daily workout:

30 minutes on the stair master


100 push-ups, 200 sit-ups, & 300 air squats


Run 3 miles.

Choose one of the 3 workouts above for the next 30 days.

If you miss a workout during the 30 days, it cost you $5 penalty.

Honor system is in effect.

If you don’t join by Dec 2nd at midnight, buy in fee is an extra $5.
