Help us get home & restart our lives after a fire

Hello friends, we are three sisters, Meghan, Dara, and Ashlinn, who were living in the Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, and Alberta, in Canada.

We recently started a long planned 3 month sister Euro-trip, starting in Scotland, and going to Ireland to visit family for a month. On our first day in Ireland, Wednesday, September 20th, we hired a campervan to start our dream 18-day roadtrip around Ireland, with plans to go on to the Netherlands and Germany to visit more family in October. Our rental campervan had a lithium leisure battery under the drivers seat that spontaneously caught fire while we were driving, we barely had enough time to pull over and escape the van before it was completely engulfed in flames within a few minutes.

All of our belongings, cash, clothes, valuables, and sentimental items were destroyed in the fire. Unfortunately, the vehicle insurance and our travel insurance doesn't cover any of our lost belongings due to the bizarre circumstances.

We are asking for some help to fund our next moves in recovering and purchasing passports, belongings, clothes, and three expensive flights home to Canada on short notice.

We are devastated by losing our belongings and valuables. Without any reimbursement from our insurance it is a devastating blow and has changed everything for us - we are trying to deal with it as best as possible and are asking for help if you can manage it, please.

We are thankful to have escaped the vehicle with our lives and no injuries. However, we are feeling disheartened and are unsure as to what comes next for us all.

Any bit of help would go a long way and we would be eternally grateful.

Any funds we do recieve will be split equally between the three of us, which we will use to replace all our lost items and purchase our flights home.
