Four people. Three mountains. Twenty-four hours.
On the 31st July, we’re taking on Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon for Alzheimer's Society.
Between the four of us, dementia has already touched too many people we love.
Casandra's mum lives with it every day. The rest of us watch family members become strangers to themselves while we sit right across the table from them.
So on 31 July, four of us, coached by our PT Zach Jones, are taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge!
We're doing it together because dementia is brutal to face alone, whether you're the one living with it or the one watching it happen to someone else.
Our goal is to raise £3,000 for Alzheimer's Society, the UK's leading dementia charity. They fund the research. They also run the support line that families call at 2am when no one else is open and no one knows what to do.
Anything you can give, £5, £10, £50, goes straight to them. We're covering our own kit, travel and accommodation, so every pound donated lands where it should: with the people who need it.
If you've ever watched dementia take someone you love, you already know why this matters. Thank you for being part of it.
Zach, Casandra, PJ & Matt
