Hello! Bit late in the day but I'm raising money for the Stroke Association, a charity close to my heart, by doing the three peaks challenge next weekend - Saturday 1 August to Sunday 2 August.

Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis in 24 hours - the highest mountains in Wales, England and Scotland.
