3 Month Old Puppy Attacked

Yesterday my friends 3 month old Miniature Dachshund puppy was severely attacked by another dog (possibly Rhodesian Ridgeback) at 12:20outside of Save on Foods Pandora. She was so severely attacked that the vet thinks she will have brain damage. My friend has paid over $4,000 in vet bills and little Olive is still in the hospital. We are unsure of what the total cost will be. The two owners of the dog that attacked her dog fled the scene. She has contacted Save on Foods to ask if they have any footage of the attack and we are waiting to hear more. This is a hard financial burden for my friend, especially since the owners of the dog fled the scene.
