3 Challenges - 3 Charities - 3 Personal reasons
Donation protected
⭐I’ve set myself a huge personal mission: to complete three intense physical and mental challenges – all in memory, in gratitude, and in hope.
I’ll be pushing myself through:
The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge – 24 miles, 3 mountains, 12 hours.
The brutal 15K Tough Mudder – mud, obstacles, and pure grit.
A 15,000 ft skydive – freefalling at 120 mph. Terrifying, exhilarating, unforgettable.
Why? Because there are three causes that deserve every ounce of effort I can give. And because there are people I love and miss every day who have inspired this journey.
️️ ️ In Memory – For Dorothy House Hospice Care
This challenge is personal. In November, we lost Adrian Smith – a dear friend and colleague – far too soon. His passing left a huge hole in our lives.
Dorothy House Hospice Care stepped in and gave Adrian the care, dignity, and comfort he deserved. They supported him and his family with empathy, patience, and a kind of grace that’s impossible to describe unless you’ve experienced it.
They’ve been there for many people I’ve loved over the years – always in our darkest hours, always offering light.
This challenge is for them. To say thank you. And to make sure other families going through the unthinkable aren’t alone.
️️ ️ In Hope – For FearFree (Domestic Abuse Support)
FearFree is an incredible charity helping victims of domestic abuse escape violence, rebuild their lives, and reclaim their freedom.
They provide everything from emergency support and safe accommodation to emotional counselling and long-term recovery. Domestic abuse affects people in ways we often don’t see – in silence, in fear, in isolation.
FearFree is there, when no one else is. And they never give up on people.
With the rising number of people affected by abuse, now more than ever they need our help. I want to make sure they can continue being that lifeline.
In Determination – For Alzheimer’s Society
Dementia is one of the cruellest illnesses there is. It slowly takes away the person you know – their memories, their voice, their independence – while leaving their body behind.
It’s something that has touched my life and so many others around me.
The Alzheimer’s Society is fighting for those living with dementia, and for the families walking that long, painful road alongside them. They fund research, offer vital support, and campaign for change so that no one has to face this alone.
They’re not giving up, and neither will I.
How You Can Help
I’m doing all three of these challenges – the miles, the mud, the fear – to raise as much money as possible.
Every pound you donate will be split equally between these three amazing charities. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly to helping real people facing some of life’s hardest challenges.
If you’re able to give, I’d be so grateful.
If you can’t give right now, please share this page with someone who might.
Together, we can honour those we’ve lost, fight for those still here, and change lives for the better.
Thank you for reading, for donating, for caring.
Let’s do something amazing together.
❤️Much love and gratitude Kylie xx
