Hi - my name is Charbel from Sydney.
First and foremost, I am grateful for all the love, generosity, and kindness of all of you.
I am seeking your support to assist three (3) brothers aged 20, 18 and 17 that all have the debilitating disease of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (MSD) that unfortunately are now wheelchair bound.
The family has had to relocate from Lebanon to France seeking medical assistance for the boys' condition knowing that all current medications for MSD are still in clinical trial phase with no proven benefits.
The parents are now in need of a customised van which seats all three (3) electrical wheelchairs for the boys plus their parents to enable them to:
- attend medical appointments;
- move around as a family,
to improve whatever quality of life they could still have.
The funds required are to purchase a customised van for the requirement explained above.
