3 Beloved Horses Poisoned at Blossom Peak Ranch
Donation protected
My name is Madison Milutinovich and I am fundraising for my cousins, The Webb Family after an unbelievable tragedy occurred at their home, Blossom Peak Ranch. 3 beloved horses were poisoned, one has passed away and two are in still in recovery.
We’d all like to believe that this was an innocent mistake on the part of tourists that just wanted to see horses. It appears that someone found oleander branches (not on their property but found on nearby properties) and offered them to the horses as a treat at the bottom corner of the pasture. Oleanders are EXTREMELY toxic to humans and animals and even a few leaves can kill a horse. There were 3 horses in the pasture at the time and all of them were affected. Dozer died within a matter of hours, Dreamy was rushed to Alamo Equine Hospital where he is receiving round the clock care and Samson is at Lone Oak Large Animal Hospital in Visalia where he is currently in stable condition.
Dozer belonged to the sweetest 5 year old little girl that idolized and loved her horse with all her heart. Dreamy and Samson belong to the Webb family and have been beloved pets for years. To know them, you know that their animals are spoiled, loved, given top notch care.
They would like to thank all the Vets that have been working tirelessly to save these horses and the family and friends that have rallied around to provide love as the family is beyond devastated.
The final cost of this tragedy is currently unknown but could exceed $20,000. Donations will cover Vet bills for 3 horses, hospitalization of 2 horses and if any remaining will be used to purchase a new horse for the little girl. Any amount helps and is greatly appreciated. If unable to donate, please share, thank you so much for your support!
