Move Brandon Home

Hello social media world! My name is DaShell and I am raising money to help move Brandon and I back home to Kansas City!  Brandon has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.  (AML) is a type of cancer in which the bone marrow makes abnormal myeloblasts, a type of white blood cells, red blood cells, or platelets. His white blood cells are through the roof, red blood cells are non-exsistant, and his platelets are so low, that he could spontaneously bleed at anytime. This cancer requires a minimum of 30 days in the hospital and being in Vegas without support would make this process so much harder.

We currently reside in Las Vegas and this unexpected life event, hasn't given us time to plan or save money to move back home. I expect the move to cost about $4000, to box up our things, drive across country and pay for storage until we can get settled during recovery. We need to be around family and friends during this time, because it is just us 2 out there in the desert. 

I will be heading back to Vegas this week to get things started, while Brandon starts his chemo on Monday. I want to be back home ASAP so having these funds will allow me to let someone else carry the burden of moving. 

We will be so thankful for your help so that we can focus on Brandons recovery and start our future back in KC where we belong. He is in great spirits, still cracking jokes, and making nurses blush, so not IF but WHEN he is feeling better, we will be back in action!
