Hello there. We wouldn't ask for help if we had any other alternative. Please help us save our house. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we've gotten a few months behind on our mortgage and are now in danger of foreclosure.

We are trying to get a loan modification, but the mortgage company told us there's no guarantee that we'll be approved and we should find alternatives. We've been trying to find an alternative funding solution, but so far, no such luck. We've been adjusting our expenses to help, but the changes have not been a benefit yet.

We were trying to save our money for something special, but it ended up not working out for us. We know times are especially difficult for everyone right now, but anything you can spare would be an incredible help and greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
