Better Life For Cayden

Cayden was born on the 16th August 2016 at 7pm. Cayden was born with a very rare heart condition where the plumany artery does not connect from the heart to the lungs with a large hole in his lower chambers of his heart called a vsd. We were told we would have him mins maybe seconds before leaving this beautiful world. But he proved the doctors wrong. On the 16th September Cayden under went his frist of many operations to save his life. The surgery went for 18 long hours then 3 more long hours after to stabilise him after the surgery due to having life threatening low oxygen levels to his brain. So we spent 3 weeks after this first surgery in icu not knowing if he would ever wake up. Cayden is 3 months old and has ever been home. Now doctors are tell us that the operation hasn't really worked and he will have to have to go in for another to have a look if they can save blood flow to the lungs again. Cayden will always have to be on oxygen no matter what the surgeons do because of the of the way his lungs are. So Cayden will never be able to run around like a normal healthy child. So not know what is happening is the hardest thing out of all
