Help Mason Recover from a Traumatic Brain Injury
Donation protected
Just after 1am on February 26th, Mason was walking home in Winona, MN where he attends school. He was approached by 3 men who knocked him to the ground, kicked him in the face, and stomped on his head until he was unconscious. Mason was rescued by two amazing citizens of Winona who found him lying in the cold unconscious.
Mason is an energetic, ambitious and most of all, a very kind kid. His friends describe him as very loving, loyal, and always standing by them no matter what.
As a result of the assault, Mason has a fractured skull, multiple facial fractures and a traumatic brain injury. After he is discharged from the hospital, he will have months of follow up with multiple specialists and therapists on his journey to recovery.
Any money raised will go towards the ambulance, medical bills and home health supports. We would like Mason’s family to focus on his treatment and the needs to support his full recovery. Thank you in advance for your support and generosity.
