Adcock Baton Rouge Flood Relief
Donation protected
Dear Employees and Friends of W.W. Adcock,
By now you are no doubt aware of the fact that the city of Baton Rouge was hit last week by a devastating storm. We know that three of our coworkers have suffered significant damage to their homes. Some have immediate family members (parents, siblings) who have suffered severe losses. It has been a trying time for everyone.
Many Adcock employees and friends from the industry have asked how they could help. Some things being done already. First, we have to keep the Baton Rouge staff in our prayers, and we will continue to. We have given paid leave to those who need it, and have encouraged everyone to take care of their families as they try to prevent further damage and get back on their feet.
Now that the dust has settled, and we can see the extent of the damage and the impact on our coworkers, we have set up a way to provide a little monetary relief to those in their time of need. This account has been set-up for anyone that would like to help out in this way. The funds received will go first to the employees who have suffered significant losses, and then to those employees whose immediate families have suffered significant losses. The first category will receive approximately 75% of the funds and the second category will receive 25% to use towards rebuilding and repairing any damage to their homes.
Thank you for your consideration of this opportunity to help co-workers in this time of distress.
God Bless!
