My neighbor and dear friend is in need of emergency surgery and treatment. She underwent a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction in 2005. She also had her spleen removed and a few other surgeries through the years. Several months ago, she became very ill and it has progressed quickly, do to her weakened immune system. She has always been a beautiful person inside and out. Tamara has been the first to organize and raise money for someone she knows that is in need, which she has done many times. Her body is now being taken over with mold and fungi , due to silicone implants from reconstruction 13 years ago, after breast cancer. This has affected every part of her body and is rapidly infecting every organ and cell..  She and her fiance have both suffered great trials and health conditions for the last several years. Not only has she been struggling financially to keep from losing everything, but now she is battling this life-threatening illness. She is in need of extraction and treatment as soon as possible so that these symptoms will stop and her body will begin to heal. She is in great need of financial help right now and quickly.
