I have recently experienced vehicle worries in a semi-remote area where a good reliable car is necessary to live and work. My transmission of my Toyota Venza which I purchased used 2.5 years ago is beginning to slip, and I want to trade it in for a newer vehicle while it still holds value.

I am asking for assistance in the next few months to save up enough money to help cover the negative equity cost of trading in my car. The gap between my trade in value and the amount I still owe on my car is too large currently to feasibly finance a replacement. I would be so delighted if you’d consider lending a little bit of money to help me reach my goal of decreasing the costs it will require to replace my car for something that will be reliable here in the mountains of Vermont.

My first trip to a dealership to try and do this ended in disappointment.

I am giving myself until October to save up enough to increase my down payment and lower my monthly payments.
