Helen has served as a dedicated certified nurse assistant at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital for many years. She is kind, compassionate, hardworking, and has taken care of many patients from our community. Last July, Helen went to a local hospital for what supposed to have been a routine MRI and she was admitted.  Sadly, Helen is diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and is currently receiving chemo and radiation therapy.  Today Helen needs to be cared for.  I am appealing to my colleagues and friends to please lend a helping hand.
