My name is Michael Natera and I humbly ask for your help and support for my 20-year old son, Andrew Natera. He was diagnosed with Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis type 2 (Dense Deposit Disease), a rare kidney disease, in April 2022. Since then, he has seen a specialist in Houston, Tx, and is currently on dialysis. God willing, he will have a kidney transplant at the end of February. The procedure is unfortunately very costly and will require for Andrew to be on anti-rejection medication for the rest of his life.
