One last holiday

Elaine Willetts is 61. Wife and mother of 5 plus a foster daughter. She has lived her life doing good and showing kindness to others.

In 2018 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and had her breast removed. She received chemo & radiotherapy.

In 2019 she was told she was in remission from cancer, despite her pleas with doctors, she was ignored when she said it hasn’t gone.

In 2020 she was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in her lung (curable) and terminal bone cancer in her spine (a rare side effect from radiotherapy). With this prognosis she could still live years.

In 2021 she received chemo, though it didn’t seem to be very strong (no hair loss). In November 2021 she is told over the phone by the oncologist that she has only three months to live. Devastated as her first grandchild is due to be born and she will never see her grow up.

We would like to take this wonderful woman on one last family holiday and need help to do so. We would like to make memories that will last forever
