Honoring Baby Bles’syn – Family Support Fund

On Friday, August 29, 2025, our community was shaken by an unimaginable tragedy. Two-year-old Bles’syn Lightner, who had just celebrated her birthday on August 25, was tragically shot and taken from us far too soon in Melbourne, Florida.

Her loving grandparents were also critically injured in the same incident but survived and are now facing a long and painful recovery.

The Lightner family is now left to carry not only the grief of losing their beautiful baby girl, but also the overwhelming costs of funeral arrangements for Bles’syn and the medical care and support needed for her grandparents.
