Hi everyone I started a job about a month ago so I don’t currently have the funds. Which is why I’m asking for help 5 months ago I put down my turkey Jelly for a prolapse. It broke my heart as well as her sister Butters. Fast forward to 4 months later Butters is suffering from an impacted crop. I bought her the medication so that she could pass the food on her own but it hasn’t helped. My poor girl is carrying a small watermelon sized mass of food and can’t get the proper nutrients to support her. She’s now stuck walking with a a mass of decaying food which will inevitably kill her. She’s lost an extreme amount of weight and is slowly starving to death. I need to try everything I can before my heart and mind will settle. I found a vet called AMC in Carson city to do the surgery. Fingers crossed we can save my girl. I will keep everyone posted about the procedure and prognosis on Monday.
