For those that don't know, due to a freak accident caused by slipping and falling, I have been in the hospital for over 3 weeks. The road to recovery is no where near done, but I'm at the point to where I could possibly go home to continue my recovery, however my home has been deemed unsafe due to stairs. I have a few options, one is to attempt to move to a down stairs apartment. Unfortunately there is a cost associated to move which is a deposit required by the complex. I cannot cover this cost on disability alone, as my income has been cut by at least 25%. I am still unsure if I can make the next months rent. Also, to continue my recovery at home, the rehab center recommended I purchase a quality recliner in order to have something more comfortable to sit and possibly even sleep in if needed due to the contraption on my leg. I know that times are tough for everyone, and it's really hard for me to ask for help, but it had come to that point that I need to do so. Any amount helps.
