Our story. We found out we were expecting May 19. We were excited yet nervous being our first child. Made doctor appointments as soon as possible. We heard and saw our little tiny baby for the first time July 1. Next appoint was July 19, baby was very active, we became more and more excited. Made our plans for a gender reveal party as we went in Aug 19th to find out the gender of our baby. Instead we found out there was no amniotic fluid surrounding the baby, in turn was sent straight to a specialist. Found out in the next week the baby's kidneys didn't develop and were taken over by cysts. Our baby won't survive for very long once he/she is born. It's called bilateral polycystic kidney dysplasia. In turn since there is no fluid for the baby to practice breathing in, the lungs will not develop. There is no room for the baby to grow so even at this stage, the baby's growth has dropped. We have to pick out a casket instead of a baby crib, and plan a funeral instead of a baby shower. We don't know how long I we will get with our little one. We are asking for help to pay for this event in our life that is so hard to prepare for, anything will help us during this time of need. Thank you for any help provided.
