Hello my name is Stephanie bernin and my family and I are reaching out as the time has come to lay my brother to rest. We were not prepared for this sudden loss at all and we would appreciate any help that anybody can offer as funeral expenses are very costly. We are hoping to be able to put joe to rest with the love and kindness of friends and loved ones. Myself and my family would like to thank any and everyone for any contributions anyone is able to give.
