Travel and Past Medical Expenses

Hi, my name is Marie. My friend Tiffany and her son, Ryker, are in need of our help.

Tiffany and I have been friends since 6th grade. Ryker is 9 years old, one year older than Frog. Ryker has been a normal, healthy lil boy so far in his life. Ryker had a seizure on July 8, 2023. Tiffany is living in New Orleans and Ryker is currently staying with his dad in Branson, MO to get the best medical care for him.

Ryker was recently diagnosed with a high grade glioma, stage 4. (Brain tumor) The tumor is inoperable because the area is too extensive. Ryker is getting ready to start palliative radiation treatment. This sweet boy is getting ready to fight for his life.

Tiffany will be traveling back and forth from NOLA to Branson to be with Ryker as much as possible. She will need help with travel expenses as well as the piling medical bills.

Many of my NOLA people will most likely remember Tiffany and I together since middle school. To my LEO family, please show this family some love.

Update 8/18/2023.... Ryker is at St. Jude in Memphis, TN. This is the best place for his treatment. Tiffany and her husband are traveling back and forth from NOLA to Memphis to be there during all of Ryker's treatments. They are all trying to balance life, work, and what's best for Ryker. Travel expenses are piling up and any help is greatly appreciated.

St. Jude does pay for Ryker's treatment in Memphis and does pay for travel expenses for Ryker and his dad (since dad is the one transporting Ryker).
