The Petition of a Praying Mother

Greetings to you all,

“It takes a village to raise a child” Those words couldn't be more profound in today's world where our children's dreams are being snatched away and replaced by a parent's worst nightmare.  I am one of those parents who have lost a son to the cruel streets of peer pressure, social media surplus, and negative influences.

My son Elijah has been the joy for of my life since the day he was born. I like many mothers have sacrificed tirelessly to provide my son the best life I could.  Elijah always attended private school until this present school year (his senior year). Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to enroll him in a school setting he had never encountered.  Unfortunately as a result he was exposed to people and things that were out of the realm he's been accustomed to. Elijah felt very pressured to fit in and a need to prove himself in this new environment. He has always been a loving child with the brightest future imaginable. He carried himself with respect, dignity, always had pristine grades and is a stellar athlete. Please be a part of my village and help me save my son’s life. He can still have that promising future.  I am a single mother and the legal costs have already become more than I can bear alone.
