Help Morgan Heal

Our dear friend Morgan, a full-time nursing student and nurse intern at Covenant Medical Center, needs our help.

Since September 2024, Morgan has been through an unimaginable series of medical emergencies and complications that would break most people. She’s shown nothing but strength, courage, and resilience, but now, her medical journey has reached a point where she can’t do it alone.

Morgan’s Story

In September 2024, Morgan suffered an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured her left fallopian tube, requiring emergency surgery. She was forced to take 3 weeks off work to recover.

In February 2025, she had a dermoid cyst removed from her left ovary. Just a week later, she nearly lost her life after a ruptured pseudoaneurysm in her right uterine artery. She lost 3 liters of blood, required mass transfusion protocol, and underwent:
• 6 blood transfusions
• 3 plasma transfusions
• 2 platelet transfusions
• ICU, IR, and OB procedures
• A total of 5 days in the hospital
That emergency alone forced her out of work for a full month.

Since then, she has been in and out of hospitals, with ongoing complications threatening her fertility and long-term health. Most recently, she spent 5 days at the University of Michigan hospital in July 2025 due to further complications.

The next step in her care may require traveling out of state to the Cleveland Clinic or Mayo Clinic for advanced treatment.

Why She Needs Your Help

Morgan is doing everything right, studying to become a nurse, interning full time, and bravely fighting for her future. But with no paid time off, and constant travel for care, the financial burden is overwhelming.

She currently lives in Midland, Michigan and travels:
• 225 miles round-trip to Ann Arbor (U of M Hospital)
• 60 miles round-trip to Covenant Medical Center

Her expenses include:
• Gas and travel for multiple medical appointments
• Lodging and food during out-of-town treatment
• Multiple prescriptions
• Time off work

Every donation will help relieve the financial pressure so she can focus on healing, not just surviving.
