Wheelchair Ramp for Senior Citizen

My father is 89 y.o. Loves to go to Church but in December 2016 his left leg had to be amputated. Since that time we have been fighting the powers-that-be for elderly seniors to get a wheelchair ramp to get him in and out of the house to his many appointments. Personnel was sent out in October of 2018 to review the premises and requirements. To this date we have not been able to get this wheelchair ramp. This door on the step is how we get him in and out of the house and is very dangerous because the equipment is heavy and we sometimes lose control of it. Sometimes the door moves out of place and we have to wait for someone to come walking by to help us get him in the house. Sometimes the wait is long. We are appealing for help to get this much needed wheelchair ramp. Thank you.
