It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of David Marderosian’s passing on Friday, March 24th. David started with Western Wealth Communities (WWCo) as an original member (“OG”) of our team in April 2020 as the Maintenance Supervisor at Autumn Creek in Chandler, AZ. In March 2021, David was promoted to Regional Facilities Manager supporting the Southwest (AZ/NV) Region of our company. David was always the first to volunteer and help out wherever needed during the last 3 years with a smile on his face and pride in working for and representing our company. We will miss David’s impact and presence at our corporate office, properties and company events.

If you knew David it was no surprise that his children were his pride and joy. Being a parent was his most important role and his children were so fortunate to have such an engaged, committed and loving father. Please keep his children in your thoughts as they process this immense loss.

In difficult times like these it is so important to come together as our village and support each other through the grief of losing someone dear to us.
