Update: We need to raise a little more to pay for a doggie stroller and aftercare. She won't be able to walk for two weeks after the surgery.
My name is Lillian and I am asking kindly for your support in raising funds to pay for surgery and other veterinary costs for my beloved dog-daughter, Cookie. Cookie is 10 years old and has been struggling with three tumors and hypothyroidism for the past 6 months and it is impacting everything from her mood to how she walks. It is only getting worse for us.
Cookie and her beagle-brother, Charlie, go everywhere with me around Cambridge. Due to Cookie's tumors, she can hardly keep up with us, making day-to-day errands and leisure walks very challenging.
On February 11, 2026, Cookie will undergo this surgery to remove the tumors and part of the thyroid. The surgery alone without medications is over $700. As a person on disability, it is deeply challenging to keep up with the skyrocketing costs of living in Cambridge, and I do not have the resources to cover the cost of the operation and the medicine she desperately needs.
I am asking for $850 to cover all medical costs for Cookie, as well as my transportation to and from the clinic. All receipts are attached!
Thank you in advance for all your help, it is beyond appreciated. Cookie is more than my dog, she is my whole life and I can't imagine it without her! Please donate and share my campaign, as this is time-sensitive!
