Honoring My Mom’s Memory ❤️

My name is Jackson Hahn, Darci Hahn is my momma.

On Sunday, August 24th, my family experienced an unimaginable loss. My beautiful mother passed away suddenly due to a blood clot in her lungs, which occurred during a heart attack. This caused her brain to be deprived of oxygen, and despite every effort to save her, she showed no brain activity and was pronounced gone.

My mom was truly one of a kind—absolutely beautiful inside and out. She had the kindest heart, always putting her family before herself. She loved her husband and her three kids more than anything in this world, and everything she did, she did with love. No matter her struggles or faults, she always led with compassion, care, and selflessness.

She truly was my best friend every step of my life, my biggest supporter, and she will forever and always be my hero.

I’m creating this fundraiser to help raise money for funeral expenses and medical bills so that the financial burden doesn’t fall heavily on my dad after losing his person.
