Hi, I am a teen daughter of a mother who has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in the summer of 2020. This was a shock and pain to my family and I because we know of how much my mother has already been through and how much of a beautiful soul she is. My mom has always been a single mother, I also have a 11 month old brother. At the age of 14, she began to work to take care of her six siblings and my grandma. At the age of 23, she was left alone with a newborn (me). It was just the two of us and no matter what she always tried to give me the world. All of her life, she has been fighting, without a single complain. Friends, family, anyone can tell you how an amazing woman my mother is. Her strength, independence, mind, and her enormous heart is truly out of this world. She always been a provider for those around her and now because of cancer her life has change and force her to stop working, not only has cancer taken away her beautiful smile but also her savings and put her through credit card debt in order to pay her medical expenses. In January she will be going through the most painful surgery and therefore were raising money to meet the deductible of the surgery $8000. Cancer has been emotionally and physically hard for her and the family, and we want to take away the worry of money.
