Hi everyone. I’m doing this fundraiser to help one of my closest friends, and one of the most selfless people I know, Dave Mullen.
He has had some really bad times lately, but now it’s only gotten worse. He needs to have an abdominal surgery, scheduled for December 19, followed by a back surgery because of a broken screw that is causing him excruciating pain. He is literally held together by rods and screws in his back and ankle. It was recently discovered that his dehabilitating back pain was being caused by this broken screw. He had major back surgery almost 15 years ago, but for the last few years the pain has returned slowly, but is now almost unbearable. Not only is his mobility limited, but his ability to work his business, Exquisite Grill Catering, has been impeded.
Dave needs our help to assist with his medical and surgery costs until he has healed from these two major surgeries. There is never a perfect time for something like this to happen, but being the beginning of the holiday season is the worst, as this is a major profitable time of the year for his business.
Everyone who knows Dave, knows that he’d give anyone the shirt off of his back; he’s always been there for many of us, but especially for me. HE NEEDS OUR HELP NOW!!! I know how much he will appreciate this; he has a long road of recovery ahead of him, but we can at least help that road to be a bit easier in easing his financial burdens.
I know it has been tough for everyone, but any amount will help Dave. Please let’s show him the generosity and love that he’s always shown us.
