Support Our Mom's Stage 4 Cancer Battle

Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Compassionate Supporters,

Our sweet momma has spent the past two years fighting the hardest battle of her life—Stage 4 cancer. Today, we're reaching out on her behalf to ask for your support in lifting some of the weight off her shoulders, so she can focus on what matters most: healing, rest, and hope.

In early 2023, our mom was diagnosed with cancer. She immediately underwent major surgery, followed by an intensive round of chemotherapy starting that June. We prayed it would be enough. But just three months after completing treatment, a follow-up scan revealed the cancer had returned—this time in a lymph node.

Still, she kept fighting.

She traveled from Missouri to MD Anderson in Houston, TX—hundreds of miles from home—for another round of chemotherapy and six weeks of radiation. It was an emotionally and physically exhausting time. She missed the summer with her beloved family but never complained. She simply kept going.

In July 2024, she returned home to Missouri, hoping for recovery and relief. But in October, during a follow-up scan back in Houston, we were hit with devastating news: the cancer had spread again, this time to a different part of her body. That’s when she was officially diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.

And still—she didn’t give up.

She began radiation once again, this time closer to home in St. Louis to reduce the burden of travel. She completed that treatment in January 2025. But this journey hasn’t just taken a physical and emotional toll—it has created an overwhelming financial burden. Last year alone, she faced over $30,000 in medical and travel expenses. And due to the impact of her illness, she was forced into early retirement—something no one should ever have to face because of a diagnosis.

Now, more than ever, she needs her village.

We’re raising funds to help cover the costs of:

* Ongoing treatments and scans
* Travel to medical appointments
* Medications and care not covered by insurance
* Daily living expenses since retiring
* Resources for emotional healing and self-care

Our mom has always been the strongest, kindest person we know. She gives her heart freely, loves deeply, and never asks for anything in return. Through it all, she’s carried herself with grace and quiet courage—and we’ve never been more proud.

If you’re able to give—even just a little—or share this campaign, it would mean the world to us. Every donation, every share, every kind word reminds her that she’s not alone in this fight.

She is a warrior. A mother. A wife. A daughter. A Maw Maw. A light in so many lives. And she deserves all the love we can give her right now.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for standing with our mom.

With love, Morgan & Hanna Her Proud Daughters ❤️
