Getting out of a scary situation

My name is Rey, I have been on and off directly dealing with a dangerous situation living in my parents home for my entire life, with the situation worsening in the last few years due to me coming out as a lesbian. My job does not pay enough for me to afford living on my own and I work directly with my parents, so if I leave, I lose my job. I need help to be able to leave and sustain myself long enough to find a new position, any little thing helps a ton.
