Jordan and Hannah's home is one of many that was severely damaged by the recent flood waters in the Decorah area. They were able to evacuate their home, but didn't think the damage would be significant.

At 7am on August 24th, 2016 they had no water in their basement. Hannah left with the couple's three young children (ages 4, almost 2, and 3 months) as Jordan finished making sure the home was as sealed as possible. When they returned home later that afternoon, nothing could have prepared them for what they found.

There was a massive hole in their front foundational wall and the basement had several feet of water in it. Thankfully, the flood waters never reached the main level of the home. However, they are unable to stay in their home due to the structural safety. They are busy trying to save as much of their home as possible and rebuild what they can.

The family is safe and currently staying with family. They would never ask for help so I am doing it for them! Any assistance would be more than greatly appreciated in their efforts to clean up and rebuild their home.
