Alisha lost her house during the Camp Fire as it blew through Paradise, California. She lost valuable items that held a sedimentary value to her. She also has a cat, Lady, that thankfully was able to go along with her. She also lost everything that she could not bring with her when evacuation orders were issued. She'll have to start all over again because of this fire.

The money will help her get back on her feet, so she does not have to go place to place. This will also help get the essentials she needs, and to help replace what was lost.
