Yesterday, we lost a friend, a brother, a fellow rider, someone who we were close to.  At around 11:20 a.m., David Kessinger was in a fatal accident. On our way to Forrest Hill, an object was kicked up from a tractor trailer tire and hit David in his head which possibly knocked him unconscious. David began to veer right which caused him to hit a wooden pole. He was then ejected from his bike. David died on impact.  David came to California from Florida 5 years ago with hopes and dreams of creating a large successful business in order to help support his family back home. Although he had a small circle of friends, he was well liked in the bike community.  David was self-employed and ran a dump collection and security alarm system business. The family would appreciate any help from the bike community to assist with returning his body to Florida so that he can be laid to rest. Thank you to all who have contributed to help us with this time in our lives. We ask that donations please continue to be given as the cost of all this has increased greatly and this time has been very difficult for our family. Thank you once again for your thoughts, prayers, and donations.
