Like many families, a lot of my family members have been affected by cancer in some way. When I was young my grandad died of cancer, my Grandma is currently undergoing a battle with cancer and recently my mum was diagnosed and went through a long years worth of treatment which is the reason she is still with us today. Unfortunately not everyone is as lucky as my Mum, which is why I am raising money for a great charity to help people and families who are going through hard times. I am participating in the Tough Mudder challenge this July and thought it would be a good opportunity to raise money and try make a difference.
