My name is Simon Mitchell, and I’m a transgender man. I am attempting to raise money for top surgery, a surgery that will change my life entirely for the better. I struggle with severe dysphoria, as well as scoliosis and chronic pain that is worsened by wearing a chest binder each day. Getting this surgery means I no longer have to be in pain every day, means I can swim again, means I can be my true authentic self and finally breathe.
