We have a special family at our school that has been homeless and living out of their car for the past year.  Originally, we planned on getting them a hotel room for the week of Christmas so they can wake up in a warm, comfortable place.  We also put in a call to the North Pole for a special delivery on Christmas morning.  When we asked the oldest son what he wanted for Christmas, he simply said, "A house."  This broke our hearts and called us to action.
Since then, we have had an outpouring of generosity.  We have secured a place for them to stay for the next 2 weeks.  It is now our goal to help the family secure some long term housing.  
The family includes mom, dad, and 4 children - 11 years old, 7 years old, 4 years old, and 1.5 years old.  As you can imagine, housing is greatly needed.  This is a beautiful family and they could use our help.  Please give what you can.
